City of Saginaw Ordinance No. 2026-12 An ordinance of the City of Saginaw, Texas, amending Section 5-1, "Permitted Use Table," of Article 5, "Permitted Uses", and Section 12-2, "Definitions" , of article 12, "Definitions" of appendix a, "zoning" of the Saginaw City Code; by updating the permitted uses for commercial, retail, and service uses and adding a definition for Ice Kiosk; providing that this ordinance shall be cumulative of all ordinances; providing a severability clause; providing for a savings clause; providing a penalty clause; providing for publication in the official newspaper; and providing an effective date. Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this Ordinance, as adopted by the City Council of the City, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine as provided in Section 1-13 of the Saginaw City Code. Each day any such violation or violations exist shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such. Passed and Approved on the 19th day of May 2026.
