REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS The City of Colleyville is seeking the services of qualified consultants for the development of an Active Transportation Plan that will identify specific, actionable projects that the City can undertake in the next five years that will make Colleyville a more walkable and bikeable City in accordance with the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) posted on http://www.civcastusa.com. Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 PM on June 23, 2026. This RFQ provides firms with the necessary information to prepare and submit their qualifications for consideration. The CivCast website will allow firms to ask questions regarding this RFQ, and the City to issue any addenda. It is the sole responsibility of all interested firms, whether they have received digital downloads or paper copies of the RFQ, to periodically check for Addenda posted on the Civcast USA website.
