City of Saginaw Public Notice The City of Saginaw Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on June 9, 2026 to consider a request for a specific use permit to allow the operation of an ice/water kiosk at the approximate .49 acres out of "Naugle Place, Block 2, Lot 1", more commonly known as 345 N. Saginaw Blvd., Saginaw, Texas, 76179 (Per TAD). The Saginaw City Council will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on June 16, 2026, to consider the above-mentioned request for a request for a specific use permit, contingent upon the receipt of a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission.
