City of Saginaw Public Notice The City of Saginaw Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on June 9, 2026, to consider a request for a specific use permit to allow the operation of a convenience store without fuel sales on the property located at the approximate 5.06 acres out of "Rancho North Addition, Block 7, Lot A1", more commonly known as 520 S. Saginaw Blvd. Suite 100, Saginaw, Texas, 76179 (Per TAD). The Saginaw City Council will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on June 16, 2026, to consider the above-mentioned request for a specific use permit, contingent upon the receipt of a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission.
