City of Saginaw Ordinance No. 2026-06 An Ordinance of the City of Saginaw, Texas, Amending Section 94-62, "Parking of Certain Vehicles Prohibited on Certain Streets," of Article I, "in general" of chapter 94, "Traffic and Vehicles," by adding additional prohibited parking; providing that this ordinance is cumulative of all ordinances; providing a severability clause; providing a savings clause; providing a penalty for violations hereof; providing for publication in the official newspaper; and providing an effective date. Any person, firm, association of persons, corporation, or other organization violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed to be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. Passed and Approved on the 19th day of May, 2026.
