NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND NOTICE OF TYPE B PROJECT ARLINGTON ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION In accordance with the Texas Local Government Code Section 505.159, a public hearing will be held by the Arlington Economic Development Corporation during a meeting to be held by the Board of Directors on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 4:00 P.M. at Arlington City Hall, Council Briefing Room, 3rd Floor, 101 W. Abram Street, Arlington, Texas, to consider the use of sales tax proceeds to undertake an economic development project to acquire real properties located at 1306 N. Center Street, and 1215, 1301, 1305, 1423 Altman Drive as a research and development facility (or facilities) and/or regional or national corporate headquarters facility (or facilities) for the creation or retention of primary jobs (the "Project.") This notice shall constitute publication of a Type B project as required by Texas Local Government Code Section 505.160. Following the Public Hearing and the receipt of public input, it is anticipated that the Board of Directors for the Arlington Economic Development Corporation may take action on the Project at the same meeting.
