These ordinances to become effective with second publication in accordance with the City Charter. Ordinance No. 26-028 An ordinance amending the allowed uses in the commercial tracts and approve the Development Plan for the commercial tracts on certain property known as 800 Debbie Lane zoned Planned Development (PD) for limited Community Commercial (CC) uses per PD21-28; amending the Zoning District Map accordingly.
