You are hereby notified that the Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the following amendments to the Unified Development Code and Zoning Map of the City of Grand Prairie:
SUP-26-03-0005 - Specific Use Permit - Wholesale Auto Sales at 200 MacArthur Blvd (City Council District 5). Specific Use Permit for a Wholesale Auto Sales dealer in a portion of the property designated for Suite A on 2.10 acres. Lots 314R, 331R, and 330R, Burbank Gardens REP Addition, City of Grand Prairie, Dallas County, Texas, zoned Commercial (C), and addressed as 200 MacArthur Blvd, 127 NE 31st St, and 125 NE 31st St
For the purpose of considering the effects of such amendments, and in turn making its recommendation to the City Council, the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the application on May 26, 2026, at 6:30 PM, in the Grand Prairie City Council Chambers at City Hall Plaza, 300 W.
