NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO ALL INTERESTED CITIZENS AND ORGANIZATIONS IN THE CITY OF ARLINGTON, TEXAS
On Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., the Arlington Landmark Preservation Commission (LPC) will conduct a public hearing at City Hall, 101 W. Abram Street, Council Briefing Room (third floor), Arlington, TX 76010.
The purpose of these public hearings is to receive input from the owner(s) and/or representative(s) and/or other interested parties regarding the historic and/or architectural significance to the community of the structure(s) located at 709 Lynda Lane; 2411 E. Sublett Road; 701, 705, 709, 711, and 715 Dugan Street; 302 Weeks Avenue; 700 E. South Street; and 5418 and 5422 W. Pleasant Ridge Road. During the public hearings, the LPC will entertain discussion(s) from the owner(s) and/or representative(s) and/or other interested parties regarding plans to demolish these structures. At the end of the public hearing, the LPC will decide if this structure is historically and/or architecturally significant and whether or not to approve the demolition permit(s).
