City of Saginaw Public Notice The City of Saginaw Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on May 12, 2026, to consider two specific use permit requests to allow the operation of philanthropic and/or charitable organizations at the approximate 1.6 acres out of the FULLER ADDITION, Block 1, Lot 2R1, more commonly known as 1000 Kennedy Ln., Saginaw, Texas 76131 (Per TAD), with one application pertaining to Suite 107 and the other to Suite 108. The Saginaw City Council will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on May 19, 2026, to consider the above-mentioned requests for a request for a specific use permit, contingent upon the receipt of a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission. Both meetings will be in the Council Chambers at City Hall located at 333 West McLeroy Boulevard. FINAL ACTION IS TAKEN BY CITY COUNCIL ON PUBLIC HEARING CASES.
