City of Saginaw Public Notice The City of Saginaw Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on May 12, 2026 to consider a request for a specific use permit to allow the operation of an auto service station at the approximate .92 acres out of the HOSEA ADDITION, Lot 9 9-W 10'8, Lot 8 SEPT LT 8, and Lot 8 NE PT LT 8, more commonly known as 105 W. Lemon St., and 213 and 215 N. Saginaw Blvd., Saginaw, Texas 76179 (Per TAD). The Saginaw City Council will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on May 19, 2026, to consider the above-mentioned request for a request for a specific use permit, contingent upon the receipt of a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission.
