City of Saginaw Public Notice The City of Saginaw Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on May 12, 2026, to consider a proposed textural amendment to the zoning ordinance regarding modifying the city's permitted use table (residential land uses, public, civic, and utility uses, and commercial, retail, and service uses), of Appendix A, "Zoning," Article 5, "Permitted Uses," and Article 12, "Definitions". The Saginaw City Council will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on May 19, 2026, to consider the above-mentioned request for a textural zoning amendment, contingent upon the receipt of a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission.
