REQUEST FOR BIDS Byrne | Potere | Hunt, A Joint Venture invites competitive proposals from trade contractors for the Tarrant County College NE Campus Science Building Enabling Package construction project in Hurst, Texas on May 7, 2026. The Enabling Package consists of demolition, electrical utility rerouting, site communications rerouting, earthwork, and civil utility rerouting, in preparation for a new Science Building. The remainder of the work for the new Science Building will be bid later. Bids will be received directly through the AECOM Hunt Building Connected plan room by 2:00 P.M. local time, Thursday, May 7, 2026. A combined Pre-Bid Meeting and HUB/MWBE Trade Contractor Outreach will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. local time at the TCC Offsite District Multipurpose Center in room 1301-C. The TCC ODMC is located at 5450 N Riverside Dr., Fort Worth, Texas 76137. After a review of the project and bidding requirements, a site visit will be conducted at the NE campus project site, located at 828 W Harwood Rd., Hurst, Texas 76054. Although this meeting is not mandatory, it is highly recommended that all interested bidders attend and are responsible for all information discussed at the meeting.
