PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Mansfield Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on 5/6/26 at 6PM in City Council Chambers at 1200 E Broad St Mansfield TX to consider:
ZBA#26-002: Request for a variance to Section 155.055(B)(1) of the Code of Ordinances to allow an attached carport to encroach 4 feet into the required 7.5-foot side yard setback at 1017 Manchester Drive.
ZBA#26-003: Request for a Variance to Section 155.095(C)(1)(a) of the Code of Ordinances to allow new mechanical equipment to encroach approx. 14 feet into the required 40-foot required setback from a residential property at 1500 E. Broad St.
