On Monday evening, May 4, 2026, at 6:15 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, 200 South Main Street, Grapevine, Texas, the Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Grapevine will hold a public hearing to consider the following items:

The applicant is requesting a special exception to Subsection 15.G.3., Width of Side Yard on Each Side of Section 15., "R-7.5", Single-Family District Regulations to allow the existing dwelling to remain as developed with an 8-inch encroachment into the west side yard setback.
