NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND NOTICE OF TYPE B PROJECT ARLINGTON ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION In accordance with the Texas Local Government Code Section 505.159, a public hearing will be held by the Arlington Economic Development Corporation during a meeting to be held by the Board of Directors on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 4:30 P.M. in the City Council Briefing Room, City Hall, 3rd Floor, 101 W. Abram Street, Arlington, Texas, to consider the use of sales tax proceeds to undertake an economic development project to acquire real property located at 700 West Lamar Boulevard, 715 Ryan Plaza Drive, 701 Ryan Plaza Drive and 1610 North Collins Street, as a research and development facility (or facilities) and/or regional or national corporate headquarters facility (or facilities) for the creation or retention of primary jobs (the "Project.") This notice shall constitute publication of a Type B project as required by Texas Local Government Code Section 505.160. Following the Public Hearing and the receipt of public input, it is anticipated that the Board of Directors for the Arlington Economic Development Corporation may take action on the Project at the same meeting.
