NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Crowley Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing for the following case on Monday, May 4, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. in the Crowley City Council Chambers, located at 201 E Main St, Crowley, Tarrant County, Texas 76036.
CASE # ZBOA-2026-001 Hold a public hearing, discuss, and consider approval of a request by Kimley-Horn on behalf of Wal-Mart Real Estate Business Trust for a variance from city code Sec. 106.47(C) for the General Commercial district stating that no more than 60% of parking shall be placed between the building and the primary street. The variance is requested for property located at the northeast corner of FM 1187 / Crowley Plover Rd and Beverly Dr/Bus FM 1187, and south of Tarryhollow Dr, in the Mathew H Toler Survey, Abstract 1547, Crowley, Tarrant County.
Interested persons are encouraged to attend the public hearing to offer public comments or provide written comments prior to the meeting to the Community Development Office, 201 E Main St, Crowley, Texas 76036. The Crowley City Hall is wheelchair accessible, and accessible parking spaces are available. Requests for accommodations must be made 48 hours prior to this meeting.
