CITY OF ARLINGTON ORDINANCES The Arlington City Council passed the following ordinances at a meeting on April 7, 2026. These ordinances to become effective with second publication in accordance with the City Charter. Ordinance No. 26-016 An ordinance changing the zoning classification on certain property known as 2301 North Collins Street to Planned Development (PD) for limited Community Commercial (CC) uses plus a Billiard Parlor and a Package Liquor Store uses, with a Development Plan; amending the Zoning District Map accordingly. Ordinance No. 26-017 An ordinance changing the zoning classification on certain property known as 300 West Park Row Drive to Residential Medium Density (RM-12); amending the Zoning District Map accordingly.
