REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS City of Fort Worth Park & Recreation Department The City of Fort Worth's Park & Recreation Department is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified prime providers to perform engineering services in connection with the following shared-use path project funded by the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Program administered by the Texas Department of Transportation: CENTREPORT TRAIL PHASE 1B The trail is a 12ft wide off-street multi-use path with shoulders on both sides. The trail is approximately 0.7 miles from Trinity Boulevard/Skyview Drive to the intersection of CentrePort Trail Ph 1A and Arlington River Legacy Trail. The trail segment was previously bidden out as an alternate to the CentrePort Phase 1 project. Due to funding availability, the construction contract of this trail segment wasn't awarded. The purpose of the RFQ is to select a qualified prime provider to modify original bid package to separate this trail segment into a standalone package following TxDOT 2024 specification, assist in the bidding process and perform construction administration. The construction budget is not to exceed $5,000,000.
