NOTICE TO BIDDERS TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB PROJECT: PAVING, DRAINAGE, WATER, STREET LIGHT & LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS FOR BOBCAT BOULEVARD (NEW ROUNDABOUT & ROAD WIDENING) Sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the construction of "Paving, Drainage, Water, Street Light & Landscape Improvements for BOBCAT BOULEVARD (New Roundabout & Road Widening)" will be received at the Town of Trophy Club, 1 Trophy Wood Drive, Trophy Club, Texas 76262, until 2 p.m., Wednesday, May 6, 2026 and then publicly opened and read aloud, for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, and performing all work required. The improvements under this contract include the following approximate quantities: 3,200 S.Y. of Reinforced Concrete Pavement 15 L.F. of 18" Reinforced Concrete Pipe 12 L.F. of 24" Reinforced Concrete Pipe 134 L.F. of 12" PVC Water Pipe 37 Each of Street Light Foundation Contract Documents (including Plans and Special Contract Documents) have been prepared for this project and may be obtained at the office of Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc., Consulting Engineers, 5237 N. Riverside Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 76137. These documents may also be examined without charge at the office of Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc. Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction (Fourth Edition including all current amendments), as published by the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), also comprise a part of the Contract Documents for this project and may be purchased at the offices of NCTCOG in Arlington, Texas. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. A Bid security is required in accordance with the Special Instructions to Bidders.
