Request for Proposals for Training for the North Texas Zero Emissions Vehicles Project (NTxZEV) The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) is requesting written proposals from qualified consultants to host training sessions regarding heavy-duty, zero-emission vehicles (ZEVs), including both battery electric vehicles and hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicles. The training is intended for several target audiences, including: (1) first responders (e.g., fire and police departments, emergency medical services, Department of Public Safety officials, courtesy patrol operators) and post-incident responders (e.g., tow operators, hazardous material cleanup crews); and, (2) fleet staff who acquire ZEVs as part of the NTxZEV project, including mechanics/technicians. NCTCOG will be releasing this RFP on Friday, April 3, 2026, in the Bidnet Direct system and will accept electronic submissions through the Bidnet Direct system only. The Bidnet Direct submittal will count as the official submittal. Proposals must be submitted in Bidnet Direct no later than 5:00 p.m., Central Time, on Friday, May 1, 2026.
