Abram Street River Legacy East Community Park In accordance with Chapter 26 of the Texas Parks & Wildlife Code, the City of Arlington provides this public notice regarding the proposed use of designated parkland at River Legacy East Community Park. A public hearing will be conducted to consider authorizing the placement, construction, maintenance, and access of solar-powered noise monitoring equipment by the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport Board within a 4 square foot tract of land situated in the LW Holt Survey, Abstract No. 811, Tarrant County, Texas; being comprised in part by the following tracts: a 4.50 acre tract of land described as Parcel B-1, conveyed from Resolution Trust Corporation to the City of Arlington in a Special Warranty Deed executed on March 5, 1992, as recorded in Volume 10559, Page 291 of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas (D.R.T.C.T), A 13.72 Acre tract of land described as Parcel B, conveyed from Resolution Trust Corporation to the City of Arlington in a Special Warranty Deed executed on January 30, 1991, as recorded in volume 10167, page 671, D.R.T.C.T., otherwise commonly known as River Legacy East Community Park.
