City of Haslet Public Notice On March 30, 2026, in a Special Called Meeting, the Haslet City Council passed the following Ordinance: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HASLET, TEXAS, RATIFYING THE AMENDMENT TO THE CITY'S BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING ON OCTOBER 1, 2025, AND ENDING ON SEPTEMBER 30, 2026, AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 014-2025, SO AS TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM THE CITY'S RESERVE FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $141,018.16 TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR THE POSITION OF THE OFFICE OF THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR EFFECTIVE DATE: The necessity for making and proving a budget for the fiscal year, as required by the laws of the State of Texas, requires that this ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage, as the law in such case provides.
