WESTLAKE ACADEMY REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP 2026-03 RUBBER SURFACING AND ATHLETIC COURT INSTALLATION PROJECT Westlake Academy is seeking qualified vendors to submit proposals for the installation of rubber surfacing and related athletic court improvements at the Westlake Academy campus, Westlake, Texas. The project generally includes high-quality rubberized surfacing, athletic court elements, installation of basketball goal systems, and associated site improvements designed to enhance safety, durability, and functionality of outdoor recreational spaces. Proposals must be received by 3:30 P.M. CST on Monday, April 13, 2026. At that time, proposals will be opened at Town of Westlake Town Hall, Council Chamber, 1500 Solana Blvd., Suite 7100, Westlake, TX 76262, and only the names of the respondents will be read aloud. In accordance with Section 252.049(b), Texas Local Government Code, all contents of the proposals will remain confidential until the award of a contract. Any submission received after the stated deadline will not be opened or considered.
