Attendance will be granted until fifteen (15) minutes after the start of the meeting. Attendance is open to all interested parties, however, one representative of the Prime or General Contractor is recommended to attend. Subcontractors are not required to attend. Bids without a check or bid bond will not be considered. All bid securities will be returned to the respective bidders within thirty (30) days after the bids are opened, except those which the OWNER elects to hold until the successful bidder has executed the contract.
