REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS BID #2026-70-10-01 Mansfield FY 2026 ROW Litter Management FOR THE CITY OF MANSFIELD, TEXAS The City is seeking proposals from vendors to provide right of way litter removal and disposal services throughout the city limits. Qualified applicants shall demonstrate knowledge and compliance with MUTCD traffic standards, previous work with Texas public agencies, locally based work force, vehicles marked with logo, unit number or identifier and readable phone number, ability to provide detailed reports, and experience of similar work with a minimum of 5 references. The deliverables requested herein should be submitted to the City no later than 14 April 2026 by 2:00 pm RFP documents should be downloaded from Civcastusa.com. It is the downloader's responsibility to determine that a complete set of documents are received.
