CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS On Monday evening, April 6, 2026, at 6:15 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, 200 South Main Street, Grapevine, Texas, the Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Grapevine will hold a public hearing to consider the following items: Case Number/Name: BZA26-06 Applicant: Crash Champions Location: 900 Port America Place, platted as Block 1, Lot 1, James Keller Addition Current Zoning: "LI", Light Industrial District Proposal: The request is for the following special exception to the Grapevine Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance 82-73: Section 43.E.3, Nonconforming Uses and Structures, which allows the Board of Zoning Adjustment to approve the remodeling and/or enlargement of a nonconforming use. The applicant is requesting a special exception to Subsection H.2.A Landscaping Requirements for perimeter landscaping of Section 53., Landscaping Regulations to reduce the required depth of landscaping between right-of-way and vehicle-use areas. Case Number/Name: BZA26-07 Applicant: Garrett and Allison Stiles Location: 3835 Parr Road, platted as Block 1, Lot 7, Woodland Estates Current Zoning: "R-20", Single-Family District Regulations Proposal: The request is for the following special exception to the Grapevine Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance 82-73: Section 43.E.3, Nonconforming Uses and Structures, which allows the Board of Zoning Adjustment to approve the remodeling and/or enlargement of a nonconforming use. The applicant is requesting a special exception to Subsection 13.F.3., Width of side yard of Section 13, "R-20", Single-Family District to allow for the construction of a new single-family dwelling with a 9-foot encroachment into the side yard setback along the southern property line. The applicant is also requesting a variance to the Grapevine Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance 82-73: Subsection 13.F.2, Lot Size, of Section 13, "R-20", Single-Family District which requires a minimum lot size of 20,000 sq.ft. The applicant is requesting a variance to allow a lot size of 19,560 sq.ft.
