PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS TO DESIGNATE TAX ABATEMENT REINVESTMENT ZONE NUMBER 116, CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS. Pursuant to Section 312.201 of the Texas Tax Code, notice is hereby given that the Fort Worth City Council ("City Council") will conduct a public hearing to consider the designation of Tax Abatement Reinvestment Zone Number 116, City of Fort Worth, Texas ("TARZ No. 116. The specific boundary description of TARZ No. 116 is set forth below ("Property"). The City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider the designation of TARZ No. 116 during a regularly scheduled City Council meeting on March 31, 2026, beginning at 11:00 A.M. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 100 Fort Worth Trail, Fort Worth, Texas. The City Council is expected to take final action and vote on the adoption of an ordinance designating the Property as TARZ No. 116 after closing the public hearing. Written and oral objections will be considered at the public hearing. Any interested persons wishing to speak at the public hearing must register no later than 2 hours before the start of the City Council meeting. To register to speak: • Review the instructions for filling out a speaker card online at https://www.fortworthtexas.gov/departments/citysecretary/insight-instructions; • Call the City Secretary's Office at 817-392-6150; or • Complete a speaker card in person in the City Secretary's Office at Fort Worth City Hall, 100 Fort Worth Trail, Fort Worth, Texas. There is no requirement to attend or speak at the public hearing. Any interested persons can submit any written objections or concerns to the contact listed at the bottom of this notice, which should be submitted prior to the date of the public hearing to ensure adequate time for written comments to be received and distributed for proper consideration.
