ORDINANCE NO. 2026-03-08-020 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WHITE SETTLEMENT, TEXAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 111, "ZONING," OF SUBPART B, "LAND DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCES," OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF WHITE SETTLEMENT, TEXAS, BY APPROVING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW a fraternal, philanthropic club, lodge, and charitable use for an approximate 0.37 tract of land known as Lot 7, Starr Addition, more commonly known as a portion of 8505 White Settlement Road, White Settlement, Texas 76108; approving a site plan for the property; PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REFLECT SUCH CHANGE; PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE CUMULATIVE OF ALL ORDINANCES; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. SECTION 5. The City Secretary is hereby directed to amend the official zoning map to reflect the changes approved herein. SECTION 9. Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be fined not more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. SECTION 10.
