CITY OF GRAPEVINE RFB 17-26 Request for Best Value Bid for Park Recreation Magazine Print Services The City of Grapevine is soliciting sealed bids from qualified firms for the design, layout, artwork, proofing, digital file preparation, and printing of the Parks and Recreation magazine three times per year. The city currently has a separate provider for the physical distribution of magazines. This contract may also include, as an optional add-on, digital hosting of the magazine through Issuu or an equivalent approved platform, provided the City retains administrative access to add, remove, update, and archive magazine issues as needed. The contract will be awarded to the bid providing the BEST VALUE to the City of Grapevine as determined by the evaluation criteria as stated herein. This best value bid is in accordance with the provisions of the current Texas Local Government Code Title 8. The annual contract start date will be sometime after City Council approves the award which will be in May 2026. The RFB closing date and time is March 27, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time. RFB responses are due prior to the RFB closing date and time. Responses received after the above time will not be permitted. RFB submittal results will be presented to the City Council at which time the City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses and to waive any informality in the RFB responses.
