CITY OF BURLESON, TEXAS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING DATE OF NOTICE: On Tuesday, March 24, 2026 (6:00 P.M.), the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Burleson, Texas will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, located at 141 W Renfro Street. On Monday, April 20, 2026, the City Council of the City of Burleson, Texas will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, located at 141 W Renfro Street. The Public Hearing concerns the following: (Case 26-002): Hold a public hearing and consider and take possible action on an ordinance amending Section 50, "Definitions," of Article II of Appendix B, "Zoning," of the Code of Ordinances by amending the definition of Home Occupation by adding a new definition of No-Impact Home Based Business in accordance with State law. McIlwain, Development Services Director) Hold a public hearing and consider and take possible action on an ordinance amending Appendix B Zoning, of the City of Burleson Code of Ordinances by adding a Heavy & High Energy industrial district.
