FORECLOSURE SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that TRUIST EQUIPMENT FINANCE CORP., as lender and secured party (or any of its successors or assigns, the "Secured Party"), will offer for sale (the "Sale") at public auction (the "Auction") under the Uniform Commercial Code (the "UCC") the following property of BALKAN EXPRESS, LLC (the "Debtor"): five (5) 2023 Kenworth T680 Sleeper Tractor-Trucks (1XKYDP9X1PJ246175; 1XKYDP9X7PJ246178; 1XKYDP9X9PJ246179; 1XKYDP9X5PJ246180; 1XKYDP9X7PJ246181), one (1) 2024 Kenworth T680 Sleeper Tractor-Truck (1XKYDP9XXRJ339599), and two (2) 2024 International LT62F Sleeper Tractor-Trucks (3HSDZAPR1RN287880; 3HSDZAPR5RN287882) (collectively, the "Collateral"). The Collateral to be sold at the Auction is as defined in (i) that certain Master Security Agreement No. XXXXXX8266 by and between the Debtor and the Secured Party, dated December 27, 2022 (the "MSA"), (ii) that certain Promissory Note No. XXXXXXXXXXX-01-01-LN001 executed by Debtor in favor of the Secured Party dated as of December 27, 2022 ("Note 001"), and (iii) that certain Promissory Note No. XXXXXXXXXXX-01-01-LN002 by Debtor in favor of the Secured Party, dated as of September 20, 2023, ("Note 002" and collectively with the Note 001 and the MSA, the "Credit Documents").
The Auction will be conducted by Ritchie Bros. and bidding will take place online during the Ritchie Bros. Texas Regional Auction from March 18-20, 2026, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm (Dallas, Texas time) (the "Auction Date"), accessible at https://www.rbauction.com/heavy-equipment-auctions/lake-worth-tx-2026386. The units will be available for inspection before the Auction at 6050 Azle Avenue, Lake Worth, Texas 76135.
The Collateral will be sold pursuant to a bill of sale and such other appropriate transfer documents, if any, on an "as is, where is" and "with faults" basis and without recourse, representations, or warranties of any kind or nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, any representation or warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Specifically, but without limitation of the foregoing, there will be no warranty relating to title, possession, quiet enjoyment, or the like made or given.
This Auction is being held to enforce the Secured Party's rights in the Collateral under the Credit Documents and proceeds from the Auction shall be applied to the indebtedness of the Debtor to the Secured Party pursuant to the Credit Documents, which indebtedness is in an amount of at least $1,845,949.46 (as of September 4, 2025).
The Sale is a sale pursuant to foreclosure upon the Secured Party's security interests in the Collateral. The sale, if made, shall be to the highest and best bidder. All persons participating in the Sale will be given an opportunity to bid on a competitive basis. Additional sale terms are available at rbauction.com.
