City of Saginaw Invitation to Bid The City of Saginaw invites bids for furnishing and supplying all supervision, materials and equipment for the finish mowing/grounds maintenance of City Facilities and Right-of-Ways within the City of Saginaw, as described in the specifications and general conditions which will be available at the Saginaw City Hall located at 333 W. McLeroy Blvd and on the City's Website at www.saginawtx/bids.org . Sealed bids will be received by the city at Saginaw City Hall, 333. W. McLeroy, Saginaw, Texas, until 10:00a.m., March 9, 2026. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud and retained by the City Manager for tabulation, checking and evaluation at the Saginaw City Hall, 333 West McLeroy Blvd., Saginaw, Texas, 76179. The envelope must be sealed and addressed as follows: Honorable Mayor and City Council City of Saginaw 333 W. McLeroy Saginaw, TX 76179 Finish Mowing/Grounds Maintenance of City Facilities and Right-of-Ways Do not open until 10:00 a.m., March 9, 2026 The City may consider informal any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions hereof and may waive any informality or reject any or all bids. All bids must be completed on the approved City prepared bid documents. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. No bidder may withdraw a bid within 60 days after bid opened.
