LOMR NOTICE The City of Alvarado City Manager, hereby gives notice of the City's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located between North Fork Chambers Creek and Maple Street. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised along unnamed tributary to North Fork Chambers Creek from a point approximately 450 feet above the confluence with North Fork Chambers Creek to a point approximately 1,500 feet above the confluence with North Fork Chambers Creek. As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall be established, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen and/or narrow within the area of revision. Maps and detailed analysis of the revision can be reviewed at the City of Alvarado at 104 West College Street.
