NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Public hearings will be held by the Planning and Zoning Commission of Arlington, Texas in the Council Chamber, 1st Floor at City Hall, 101 West Abram Street, Arlington, Texas on dates indicated below no earlier than 5:30 o'clock p.m. and by the City Council of Arlington, Texas on dates indicated below no earlier than 6:30 o'clock p.m. at which times interested parties and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and/or repeals to the "Zoning" Chapter of the Arlington City Code of 1987, as specified herein below:
1. Zoning Case PD26-1 Planning & Zoning: 03/04/2026
City Council: 04/07/2026
General location: 109 West Rogers Street; generally located west of North Center Street and north of West Rogers Street.
Application for approval to revise an approved Development Plan on approximately 0.23 acres of land addressed at 109 W Rogers Street, generally located west of North Center Street and north of West Rogers Street.
2. Zoning Case ZA26-2 Planning & Zoning: 03/04/2026
City Council: 04/07/2026
General location: 2401 W Green Oaks Boulevard, generally located south of Napier Drive and east of West Green Oaks Boulevard.
Application for a change in zoning from Planned Development – Veterinary Clinic (PD) to Neighborhood Commercial (NC), on approximately 0.37 acres.
3. Zoning Case SUP08-2R1 Planning & Zoning: 03/04/2026

General location: 8380 Glenn Day Drive, located west of Glenn Day Drive, north of Ragland Road, and south of Debbie Lane.
Application for approval to amend a Specific Use Permit (SUP) for gas well drilling by establishing the location of a drilling zone on 6.412 acres zoned Community Commercial (CC).
4. Zoning Case SN-FBZD26-01 Planning & Zoning: 03/04/2026
City Council: 04/07/2026
General location: Downtown Arlington, Texas, consisting of 1162 tracts of land on approximately 681.63 acres and generally located east of Davis Street and west of Willis Avenue and generally located south of Sanford Street and north of UTA Blvd/E Border Street/E Second Street.
Application for approval of a Downtown Form-Based Zoning District, and applicable subdistricts, on approximately 681.63 acres.
5. UPDATES TO UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF ARLINGTON, TEXAS

Consider amendments to the "Unified Development Code" Chapter of the Code of the City of Arlington related to the uses and standards for Form-Based Zoning:
The proposed amendments may include revisions to land uses, supplemental standards, and development standards within Article 2, Zoning Districts; Article 3, Use Standards; Article 4, Dimensional Standards; and Article 5, Design and Development Standards. The proposed amendment may also include but are not limited to revisions and additions to definitions contained within Article 12, Definitions. The proposed amendment proposed a new article, Article 13, Form-Based Zoning, which will include development standards for Form-Based Zoning district standards.
