PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Westlake Planning and Zoning Commission and the Westlake Town Council will hold Public Hearings on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. and Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 4:00 p.m., respectively. The hearings will be held in the First Floor Municipal Courtroom/Council Chambers of the Town Hall Offices located at 1500 Solana Boulevard, Building 7, Suite 7100, Westlake, Texas 76262. The Public Hearing is to hear and to make recommendation on or to consider the approval of the following:
Hold a public hearing to discuss, consider and act on proposed text amendments to the Unified Development Code Sections 102-61 and 1-1 to establish and define the land uses "Hotel" and "Motel," to amend the land use schedule, and establish performance standards in a new Article X.
Information concerning the above matters may be viewed at the Westlake Town Hall located at 1500 Solana Boulevard, Building 7, Suite 7200, Westlake, Texas 76262, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Any interested person will have an opportunity to speak at the public hearing.
