RFB 19-26 Request for Bid for Trees and Shrubs The City of Grapevine is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors for a fixed priced annual contract for trees and large shrubs on an as needed basis for the Parks and Recreation Department for an initial one-year period with options to renew for nine additional one-year periods. The annual contract start date will be sometime after City Council approves the award which will be in April 2026. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder meeting or exceeding specifications. The intent is to award a primary and secondary contract for the bid that meets or exceeds specifications in accordance with the provisions of the current Texas Local Government Code Title 8. The RFB documents may be viewed and obtained by registering online through the City's eBid system found on the Grapevine Purchasing webpage: https://grapevinetexas.gov/111/Purchasing. The RFP closing date and time is March 12, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time. RFP responses are due prior to the RFP closing date and time. Responses received after the above time will not be permitted.
