You are hereby notified that the Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the following amendments to the Unified Development Code and Zoning Map of the City of Grand Prairie:
SUP-25-12-0048 - Specific Use Permit - Registered Group Home at 2642 Steppington Street (City Council District 4). Specific Use Permit for a Registered Group Home on 0.14 acres. Lot 31, Block T, Oak Hollow Phase Four B & C Addition, City of Grand Prairie, Tarrant County, Texas, zoned Planned Development-50, and addressed as 2642 Steppington St
For the purpose of considering the effects of such amendments, and in turn making its recommendation to the City Council, the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the application on February 24, 2026, at 6:30 PM, in the Grand Prairie City Council Chambers at City Hall Plaza, 300 W.
