Request for Proposals for Roadway and Transit Model Development Tests for the Dallas-Fort Worth Region The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) is requesting written proposals from qualified firms(s) to develop models in a software platform designed to enhance the roadway and transit network modeling for NCTCOG's regional travel model. NCTCOG will be releasing this RFP on Friday, February 6, 2026, in the Bidnet Direct system and will accept electronic submissions through the Bidnet Direct system only. The Bidnet Direct submittal will count as the official submittal. Proposals must be submitted in Bidnet Direct no later than 5:00 p.m., Central Time, on Friday, March 6, 2026.
