NOTICE OF EXEMPTION It is the intention of Tarrant County Fresh Water Supply District No. 2, (the “District”) to hold an election on May 2, 2026, without providing a voting station that meets the requirements for accessibility under 42 U.S.C. Section 15481(a)(3) on election day and during the period for early voting by personal appearance. The District invokes an exemption from the acquisition, lease, or use of an electronic voting system for the election. Any voter in the District may request the use of a voting station that meets the accessibility requirements for voting by a person with a disability by contacting the person below. The request must be received no later than the 45th day before Election Day in accordance with Section 49.111(d) of the Texas Water Code.
