REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS Richard Milburn Academy/Texas, Inc., an open enrollment charter school, is requesting competitive proposals for its planned Fort Worth campus renovation project at 5401 Woodway Drive, Fort Worth, Texas. The Project consists of interior demolition and renovation of approximately 8,730 SF existing wood framed two-story classroom building. Demolition will include, but may not be limited to, removal of drywall assemblies, interior finishes, doors, mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems. Hazardous material abatement will be the responsibility of the successful proposer. Renovation work will include, but may not be limited to, drywall assemblies, interior finishes, doors, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and roofing modifications. The work will include a modest addition housing an elevator, electrical room and sprinkler riser room. A pre-proposal conference will be held at the project site at 1:30 PM, Wednesday February 11, 2026. The site will be made available for interested parties to observe immediately following the meeting up to 5:00 PM. Proposals shall be addressed to Mr. Carl Tanton, Executive Director of School Operations and Facilities, at Richard Milburn Academy/Texas, Inc.'s current Fort Worth campus and office, located at 6785 Camp Bowie Blvd. #200, Fort Worth, TX 76116, and must be received no later than 2:00 PM on Wednesday February 25, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Submissions received after this time will not be considered.
