Specific Use Permit to add a Check Cashing Business at an existing Credit Union in a commercial lease space on 4.286 acres. SUP-25-12-0046 - Specific Use Permit - Registered Group Home at 2772 Pleasant Hill (City Council District 4). Specific Use Permit for a Registered Group Home on 0.259 acres. Lot 32, Block K, Somerton Village Addition Phase 1, City of Grand Prairie, Tarrant County, zoned Planned Development-259, and addressed as 2772 Pleasant Hill Rd
For the purpose of considering the effects of such amendments, and in turn making its recommendation to the City Council, the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the application on February 10, 2026, at 6:30 PM, in the Grand Prairie City Council Chambers at City Hall Plaza, 300 W.
