PUBLIC NOTICE The City of Hurst Department of Public Works, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the City's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located between Precinct Line Rd and Lonesome Dove Trail. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised along Meadow Creek within and near to the Adkins Park subdivision from a point approximately 515 feet upstream of confluence with Little Bear Creek to a point approximately 230 feet north of Kirk Rd. As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase and Base Flood Elevation (BFE) shall be established, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen and narrow within the area of revision. Maps and detailed analysis of the revision can be reviewed at the City of Hurst City Hall at 1505 Precinct Line Rd, Hurst, TX 76054.
