Request for Proposals for Public Engagement Software The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) is requesting written proposals from providers of public engagement software to serve as a central location for all NCTCOG public engagement opportunities. The selected platform should offer online and virtual public meeting opportunities and provide options like integrated telephone/voicemail and SMS/messaging services. The software will provide NCTCOG with the ability to manage online, virtual, and in-person engagement activities for multiple ongoing and project-specific opportunities, manage all public comments in one place, allow for stakeholder tracking and sorting, and put contact lists and email messages in one location. NCTCOG will be releasing this RFP on Friday, January 23, 2026, in the Bidnet Direct system and will accept electronic submissions through the Bidnet Direct system only. The Bidnet Direct submittal will count as the official submittal. Proposals must be submitted in Bidnet Direct no later than 5:00 p.m., Central Time, on Friday, February 20, 2026.
