An Ordinance Of The City Of Saginaw, Texas, Amending Ordinance No. 2002-04, As Amended, The Zoning Ordinance Of The City Of Saginaw, Texas, And Amending Ordinance
2023-02, Establishing The Frontier Settlement Planned Development District, By Approving Land Use And Development Standards For The Property And Adopting The Development Plan For The District For Land As Described As 12. 95 Acres Of Land Known As Tract 2c Of The Alexander F. Albright Survey, Abstract A1849, City Of Saginaw, Tarrant County, Texas, And Located At The Northeast Corner Of Old Decatur Road And West Mcleroy Boulevard; And Revising The Official Zoning Map In Accordance Therewith; Providing That This Ordinance Shall Be Cumulative Of All Ordinances; Providing A Severability Clause; Providing A Penalty
For Violations Hereof; Providing A Savings Clause; Providing For Publication In The Official Newspaper; And Providing An Effective Date.
Any person, firm, or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be fined not more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
