NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Crowley Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following request on Monday, February 09, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, located at 201 E Main St, Crowley, Tarrant County, Texas 76036.
Case # ZR-2026-001 Hold a public hearing, discuss, and make a recommendation to the City Council on approval of an ordinance requested by Lennar Homes of Texas, for a zoning change on an approximately 81.66 acres tract from R-3 – Residential 3 Zoning District to a Planned Development District (Single Family Residential) for MiraVerde Addition Ph 1, MiraVerde Addition Ph 2, and Lots 1-4 Block 1, MiraVerde South Addition Ph 1. The subject properties are located on the South side of Mira Verde Drive and north of MiraVerde Dr and east of the Rosemary Ridge Addition being in the Moses Walters Survey, Abstract No. 1598 and the Beverly Pool Survey, Abstract No 1243, Abstract No, 287, Crowley, Tarrant County, Texas.
The City of Crowley City Council will conduct a second public hearing and consider the recommendation for the above request at 7:00 PM on Thursday, March 05, 2026, at 201 E. Main.
Interested persons are encouraged to attend the public hearing to offer public comments or provide written comments prior to the meeting to the Community Development Office, 201 E Main St, Crowley, Texas 76036. The Crowley City Hall is wheelchair accessible, and accessible parking spaces are available. Requests for accommodation must be made 48 hours prior to this meeting.
