TOWN OF WESTLAKE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP 2026-01 Westlake Academy Arts & Sciences Addition The Town of Westlake is seeking qualified contractors to submit proposals for the construction of a new 8,000 square foot Arts & Sciences Building to be located on the campus of Westlake Academy, 2600 J.T. Ottinger Road, Westlake, TX. Proposals must be received by 3:00 P.M. CST on Wednesday, February 18, 2026. At that time, proposals will be opened and only the names of the respondents will be read aloud. In accordance with Section 252.049(b), Local Government Code, all contents of the proposals will remain confidential until award of a contract. Any submission received late will not be opened or considered.
