Lot 5R3-2 Block 1, Sandshell Commercial Addition-3056 Clay Mountain Trail, Fort Worth, Texas (+/- 2.22 Acres) (TAD No. 42999641). 4. Multiple parcels, part of the W. McGowan Survey A-999-located north of Golden Triangle Blvd., east of North Riverside Drive and south of Keller Hicks Road, Fort Worth, Texas (+/- 113.699 Acres) (TAD Nos. 06348971, 06348998, 04020944, 04020650, 06235743, 04020707, and 04020820). For the Golden Triangle property (Property 4 listed above), you or your group are welcome to submit a ground lease bid and a fee simple bid simultaneously.
