REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The City of Roanoke, Texas is seeking Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is to identify a qualified design-build general contractor to be a member of the design-build team, along with the Architect and the Developer, pursuant to Chapter 2269, Subchapter G of the Texas Government Code ("Subchapter G"), for the design and construction of the Convention Center The RFQ closing date is Monday, February 2, 2026 at 2:00 PM CST at City of Roanoke, 500 S. Oak Street, Roanoke, Texas 76262, ATTN: City Secretary. Proposals must be submitted by the due date and time specified. RFQs will be publicly opened and acknowledged at 2:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
