CITY OF ARLINGTON NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public hearings will be held by the Planning and Zoning Commission of Arlington, Texas in the Council Chamber, 1st Floor at City Hall, 101 West Abram Street, Arlington, Texas on dates indicated below no earlier than 5:30 o'clock p.m. and by the City Council of Arlington, Texas on dates indicated below no earlier than 6:30 o'clock p.m. at which times interested parties and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and/or repeals to the "Zoning" Chapter of the Arlington City Code of 1987, as specified herein below: 1. Application for approval of a change in zoning from Community Commercial (CC) to Planned Development (PD) for Residential Multi-Family 22 (RMF-22), for a Senior Independent Living Facility, on approximately 3.349 acres. 2. Zoning Case SUP10-23R4 Planning & Zoning: 02/04/2026 City Council: 03/10/2026 General location: 408 113th Street, generally located east of 113th Street, south of East Randol Mill Road and north of Dalworth Street. Application for approval of a revised Specific Use Permit (SUP10-23) for Industrial Manufacturing (IM) with a Development Plan on approximately 2.379 acres currently zoned Industrial Manufacturing (IM) with a Specific Use Permit for High Impact Use. 3. Zoning Case SUP25-10 Planning & Zoning: 02/04/2026 City Council: 03/10/2026 General location: 2102 Prestonwood Drive, generally located north of West Lamar Boulevard and west of North Fielder Road. Application for approval of a Specific Use Permit (SUP) for a Secondary Living Unit on a property zoned Residential Single-Family-7.2 (RS-7.2), on approximately 0.749 acres. 4. Zoning Case ZA25-6 Planning & Zoning: 02/04/2026 City Council: 03/10/2026 General location: 4232 Kelly Elliott Road, 4312 Kelly Elliott Road, and 4230 Interstate 20 Highway, generally located west of Kelly Elliott Road and north of West Interstate 20 Highway. Application for approval of a change in zoning from Residential Single-Family 7.2 (RS 7.2) to Neighborhood Commercial (NC) uses on 3 different adjacent lots measuring approximately 1.671 acres, 0.541 acres, and 0.515 acres, totaling 2.727 acres.
